Motorsports Formula Atlantic Team for Sale
Mathiasen Motorsports has decided to discontinue its motorsports racing activities and is selling all of its equipment including transporter, pit carts, shop equipment, office furniture and its extensive inventory of spare Atlantic parts and equipment. Everything is well maintained and can be inspected at its race shop in Brownsburg, IN, a short drive from the airport. This is a great opportunity to take advantage of high quality parts and equipment at very reasonable prices to either upgrade or start a new Formula Atlantic team or other open wheel, motorcycle and other motorsports racing teams. A partial list of the inventory for sale follows:
Atlantic equipment and spare parts
Most of the spare Atlantic parts to assemble Swift 016a chassis #40 including tub, gearbox, wheels, sidepods, nose cones, tunnels, front and rear wings, suspension,radiator and Pi electronics
Large selection of gear ratios and 4 and 5 inch spring sets
Additional spare noses, wings and wheels, new Cooper tires, suspension, engine and chassis parts.
Quick lifts and car stands, under wing stands and gear change stands
Set-up equipment and tools, many of which were custom built
General racing equipment
3 car transporter: 1997 Kenworth T-2000 tractor and specially built 53 ft. 2000 Sooner race trailer featuring beautiful dual stage air conditioned interior with aluminum interior cabinets and shelving, plenty of storage, stainless steel countertops, solvent tank, belly storage for kiwi tiles and rubber track floors with e-track. Truck has less than 220,000 miles and has been meticulously maintained with all new tires and brakes. Trailer is stocked with car hardware, tooling. Jigs, supplies and computers and monitors.
22’ x 90’ awning custom built in 2008 by Larsen Sails with front and rear extensions. Main awning can be used on either side of transporter. Also full set of kiwi tiles and hospitality equipment that can accommodate up to 50 guests and pop-up tent.
2 pit carts custom built by PR 1 Motorsports completely outfitted for car support with monitors and laptop computers and 13 radio sets
1 Yamaha golf cart and 2 bikes for track transportation
Office furniture and equipment, Dell computers, monitors, printers and kitchen equipment
5 custom built work benches, various cabinets, steel racks with steel and machines tools, including a band saw, new welding equipment, drill and hydraulic presses, pressure washer, grinders, air compressors, generators and air fans.
Tools, supplies, hardware, tool boxes, stools, ladders, etc.
Owner would prefer to sell everything in bulk to one buyer. Certain items such as the transporter, awning and hospitality equipment are not divisible.
